If you have a pets store, Petsmart, PetCo, you can get kitten milk replacer there that is alot easier

You will need the following supplies to make this:.

Un-Flavored Knox Gelatin
Eggs
Plain Yogurt
Mayonnaise (not low fat)
Light Karo Syrup
Evaporated Goat Milk
Canned pumpkin
Taurine capsules (from health food store)

To Start: 2 pkts of Knox Gelatin 2 cups boiling water Mix together and set aside Mix together (whisk after each addition): 4 eggs (yolks only), 4 Tablespoons Plain Yogurt, 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise, 2 tsp light Karo Syrup, 1 can (12 oz) evaporated goat milk, 1/4 cup canned pumpkin, 2 Taurine capsules (open capsules and pour powder into milk mix)

After mixing add the Knox Gelatin you had set aside. This will keep in your refrigerator for 7 days....don't panic when you open the refrigerator and find you have gelatin milk...because that is what happens to it. Take what You need out, warm back to its liquid state in the microwave and serve to the babies. Always test the Temperature you do not want to burn the babies. Test on wrist like you would a human baby. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays. Two cubes fill a 2 oz kitten bottle. Four Ice cubes will fill a 4 oz Puppy Bottle

Formula for Lambs and Goats: can be used on calves also in a pinch

1 Gallon Whole Milk ( YES just regular whole milk that we drink)
1 can  Canned Milk not the sweet thick stuff just Evaporated
1 cup Buttermilk
3 Tablespoon of Backing soda

Take the Gallon of whole milk that you got from the grocery store  In a separate container pour out (dont throw it away) 4 or 5 cups of milk this is to make room for the can milk and the butter milk and baking soda, Measure out one cup of buttermilk  add it back in the gallon milk jug. then open the canned milk and pour that in to the milk jug. then add the baking soda , Now you should have some room left in the jug and you want to pour back in the extra milk that we had set aside and fill the milk jug almost to the top. put the cap on and give it a good shake. Now your done you can go feed your hungry baby lamb or goat, start with 4 to 8 ounces three times a day if they are under a week old until you can get a hold of someone to help you and give you more accurate advice. each time that you make a new bottle for your baby. make sure that you give the jug a good shake.

Calves will take much more.. probably will take a lot more

In a Pinch you can just use the Whole Milk by its self for either lambs, goats,
